just had this Halloween urchin shipped yesterday, found it upside down this morning, flipped it back cause i thought it was fine and it hasnt moved at all and its spines are falling off, what do i do. ive separated it.

Sorry, but if the spines are falling off it is dying. I don't know why as it could be many things.
