Urchin Still Alive?

Hi y’all!
We added this sea Urchin to our tank 2 days ago and it hasn’t moved at all. We took the time to acclimate it but due to its immobility we believe it might be dead? I’ve attached photos of it here.

usually when they die they drop their spikes, another way to tell is to pick it up and smell it... you will know if its gone.. ;)
