Used MH sold as new???

How can I tell if a MH bulb was used and sold to me as new? I bought 3 150w Radiums and they all came in their boxes, however, two of the boxes were opened and then taped shut and one of the bulbs looks like this, while the other two look totally different.

It is a different bulb, but probably ok...

The only one that looks new is the bottom right. And its also a different bulb.

Yes I figured out the problem. I took out the old bulb out and took a picture of that one (left), instead of the new bulb which I already installed. The one I think is used is on the right. But I can't take out the new bulb to compare right now. I have another problem however. Do these bulbs look the same to anyone?
