Used Tank, Sump and Equip Question

Hi all! I am looking to buy the below and wanted to see what you all think. He is selling all for $300 (I think it's great but what do I know), very new as this will be my first setup. I will probably buy a new skimmer (one sold is an Axium 120) and new lights as he said these aren't good for corals but should be good until then. All looked in order when I went this weekend but have to go back to pick up tank and stand (no room in SUV). Thoughts please?

looks to be a good starter tank, i would look at the display tank for any kind of scratches and condition of the sealant on the joints

God size and fair price.

DO ask to have it filled with freshwater prior to your arrival to Assure no leaks and of course any significant scrathes
