I have a 100L aquarium with a (orphek blue plus light bar(60cm)) and a no name led bar from amazon(white +blue leds)60cm.

I am making my 250l planted aquarium into a reef aquarium. This aquarium had the same no name led bar but 120cm long. Since I liked the orphek I bought the blue plus 120cm).
The 250L is 10cm deeper and wider, the lights on the 250L are 70cm from the bottom. (on the 100l they are 60cm from the bottom).

So now I have the same setup in both aquariums. Since the leds are exactly the same, can I use my phone's lux meter to compare the two and also check light spread?
If i get similar lux readings it means corals will have the same light as in my 100L aquarium right?

Putting my phone in a ziplock bag at the bottom of both aquariums. I get readings of 1500-2100 lux depending on the spot for 100L. For the 250L I get 1400-2000lux. A little lower but since I am transfering everything to the 250L i will eventually put the 100L tank lights on the 250l.

Is my method ok? Could i use it to find out the aproximate PAR reading? Using these tables from the orphek website, if i measure for example dead center at 17cm with only the orphek light on, I get a lux reading of 9000. 459x2000/9000 =102. I am getting 102 par at the bottom of my tank only from the orphek led bar.

Using the data from https://es.orphek.com/par-map-or2-120-blue-plus/ I graphed the (0,0) points in blue for 17, 37 and 57 cm.
I also graphed my lux-par estimate of 2000lux = 102par in orange at 70 cm. It is pretty close.

I have downloaded the photon app but still trying to get the nerve to put my phone in a bag and prey it’s sealed
If you have a phone manufactured in the last 5+/- years your phone is (most likely) perfectly safe in the tank even if the bag isnt sealed. IP67 water resistance is good up to a meter under water for 30mins. IP68 is 2+ meters.
