I want to use a Neptune flow sensor with my AquaUV sterilizer but the UV is for 3/4”tubing and Neptune doesn’t offer a 3/4” inch sensor. I want to use my existing return pump and feed the UV through the 3/4” manifold. Will a 1” sensor work if I use a reducer on each side of the sensor like this?

3/4” tubing → 3/4” to 1” adapte → 1” sensor → 1” to 3/4” adapter → 3/4” tubing

I know the idea scenario is to have 100% of the flow going through the sterilizer, but that’s not an option, so I just need to know if the above scenario would work.
