Utah Salt Lake magnesium chloride ok for reef use?

I found this on ebay $54 for 50 pounds delivered, whereas Dead Sea Mag Flake costs more. Anyone ever try this Utah stuff? Thanks!

They say that it is taken from the salt lake in Utah. No brand name was given. I went ahead and ordered dead sea mag flake this time, but if this is just as good, you get more for your money.

I wouldn't expect it to be the same. Ammonia in magnesium chloride is often an issue.

I don't know of any places off hand. I got mine at Home Depot years ago.
