Utter chaos has odd growth

So I got this a couple weeks ago. It detached when I got home almost completely. Not sure how as they used half a bottle of glue. I did glue it back down and it seemed fine and holding. This growth at the base of the big polyp started growing a skin and looks sort of ballonish and see through. Looks like it might grow over the small polyp. Not sure to be honest. Haven't noticed any of my other zoa's or palys growing like this before.

At this point I think you may be right. The baby was by itself on the edge. Now they have grown together. I though maybe since it's in pretty heavy flow from the frag tank it was in, It might have been reaching and trying to anchor down better. It hasn't gotten bigger and the polyps are still open and happy.
