I’m curious what UV users run for flow?
I have a 375 gallon display with roughly 450 gallons total in system. I run a Pentair 80 watt UV unit and am wondering what flow rate is recommended?
I’ve found generally speaking 3-4.5 times total tank volume per hour.
I’m looking for algae, parasites removal which I know varies greatly from one to the other but for general use I’m curious what is recommended?

You have to size the wattage to the tank, and wattage determines the gph. Check this out

If you want to sterilize ich and such it needs more time/exposure = less gph. If you only want to kill bacteria and such it doesn’t need much exposure = faster/more gph
