Will adding a UV light on my night time hours when normal lights are off help eradicate an ich/crypto problem in my tank? Im trying to avoid tearing my tank apart to catch a fish.

I think you're mixing up a UV sterilizer with the UV leds that we use for lighting?

Then, even at that, do some more research on UV sterilization for the control of ich. There isn't any hard/fast data that I've found. However, I'm not the authority in this subject, that's why I urge you to research for yourself.
