After stating it is a 57 Watts he told me he is not sure if 57 Watts that it might be a 25 Watts. I’m waiting for his confirmation.
It looks like he was selling same UV before as a 25 Watts, I saw it on his old postings.
If it is a 25 Watts I’m not interested.

I tried to buy the UV from this guy, paid him, went 2 weeks and he never shipped it. Then told me he shipped it, wouldn't give me a tracking number, and when it didn't show up after a week, I asked for a refund. He gave me a refund and then said to ship it back to him when it arrived. It never arrived... Buyer beware.

Defiantly not, If I never received it and he is now selling it again... that math doesn't add up. See previous post.

Oh, missed the part about resale. I was just trying to think of what could have happened. Seems like this kind of stuff is rare with reefers. The community is a big part of why I enjoy the hobby so much. Thanks for the heads up on this guy.
