Hello. Two days ago my puffer didn’t eat the whole day. Yesterday he ate like usual so I felt relieved. But today he didn’t eat again and act unusual. I’ll attach video. I didn’t see any aggression towards it. No new fish. We bought some Hermet and emerald crabs, new life rock and two Kenya trees right before it started and added pretty much of store water when released them into our tank. We have 50g tank. Yesterday I vacuumed the sand and changed about 8 gallons of water. All other fish looks fine and act normal.
They all eating mussels, brine and mises shrimp, sometimes plankton.

I dont see ant tell-tale signs that jump out but most of the foods fed are fatty and there may be excess mucus in the stomach lining causing a little constipation (not confirmed). Add to diet TDO pellets, flakes and LRS fish frenzy.
Intimidation by other fish may be a possibility

I don’t see anything of note in the video.

How long have you had the puffer?
No aggression seen from that angelfish?

I had it probably for three months. Angelfish is aggressive towards one of blue damsel (no idea why specifically that one). I’ve never seen anyone bully puffer.
It’s first time I see it acting like this, not eating and stay in one place (I mean except sleeping time). He always ate and swam around .

I start to think, that it can be constipation or bloating, like first comment suggests. Will food with fiber help? Can you advise some good food? I don’t trust people from pet stores.
I made another video today. He swimming around but looks bloated.

I can't tell from here what is wrong with the puffer, but to me, he doesn't look like a normal, sharp-nosed puffer in any of those videos. He is very stressed, I don't know why. It could be some sort of internal issue, not sure.

He doesn't swim like a normal puffer. In the sea, and in a tank they normally stay near the bottom looking for tiny shrimp, fish and crabs they feed on. Yours does not look inquisitive at all. A normal one is constantly on the move looking at the bottom of rocks.

I just don't like the way yours looks. I have had quite a few of them and spent time with them in the sea.
Good luck

With this genus of puffer, internal nematode worms can be an issue.
