Valentini Puffer

I've been trying to feed my valentini puffer clams and shrimp with the shell on in an effort to help keep his beak filed down but he pays no attention to any of it and I end up pulling it out of the water after a couple hours to keep it from polluting the tank. He eats mysis and just about everything else just find. Any idea on anything else with a shell that may get his attention?

Don't worry about it. They can always graze on live rock to keep it down.
