valentino puffer

I have a valentino puffer in a tank by itself right now. it goes crazy when the led lights are turned on. tries to jump out or it it just hides behind rocks. but when I turn on just blues it's is just fine and doesn't try to jump out or hide. just acts normal. has anyone ever come across this with their puffer or any other fish?
