Value of 2016 (ish) Apex that needs USB repair

My friend gave me an apex head unit, EB8, and temp probe a couple weeks ago as the dual USB ports were broken and needed repaired. I’ve fixed it, and am curious what it would be worth before the fix as he told me to pay him whatever I thought. The repair took me about 2 and a half hours as I was very careful removing the pins - this was my first electronics repair like this.

What would it be worth? I know it would have cost $100 plus shipping to repair through a member here if that’s any help. I was willing to risk it not working since it wasn’t working anyways and I like to tinker.

It's really worth what someone is willing to pay for a 7-year old controller that's out of warranty...

About all they are worth is a couple hundred bucks used.

So say $200 if it worked, minus the hundred it would have cost to get it fixed. I would give your buddy a hundred bucks for it.

$100 bucks is better then nothing if he was just going to junk it anyways.
