Vectra L1 and L2 interchangeability

I have a blown L2 and a working L1 missing all the rubber gaskets. In trying to see if the main o ring would fit, it did and so did the end bell. Has anyone ran an L2 end bell on a L1 body? Any issues?

Does the pump operate normally? If so, I'd test it out and see if there are any issues.
