Vectra S2 Doesn't restart after Feedmode

Anyone else having this problem? I’ve deleted, reset, added back to Mobius several times. When the feedmide is up and pump is ‘supposed’ to start back up all I get is a purple knob and lights going across the speed settings. I have to unplug and plug back in to get it to restart. Back story…purchased one in 6/21, had a replacement sent to me from Ecotech in 7/21. It’s now 12/22 and the replacement has problems.

I'd definitely put a ticket into EcoTech in the interim.

I did. I’ve removed it from Mobius, reset it and using the control knob to run it, turning it all the way down to feed. Definitely not why I purchased this pump, I wanted the slow start, feed mode and locked in maximum speed. So much for that.
