I ordered a custom frozen food defroster from Matt.

He built one according to my specs.
Once i got it - while it was perfectly made - the magnet was not as strong. But my fault for giving him the wrong info on the thickness of the glass.

Matt redesigned the frame, added stronger magnets - and shipped me that ALL on his dime. Even though it was MY fault.

I couldnt be happier - not only the product is amazing - he is an absolute pleasure to deal with. THank you Matt.

A frozen food defroster for eurobrace tanks. No one else makes one I think. It’s lovely!
