Vermatid worm outbreak?

I'm having several problems in my tank right now. One of then being vermatid worms. I went from none to atleast a couple on every coral right now. What is the best way to kills them and stop them from reproducing? Thanks.

Copperband Butterflies love to eat them. Then of course your could break them off as low down as possible and glue shut any other that can't be broken off.

I have been wanting a butterfly lately, isn't there a reason not to get one for the average reef aquarium though? I forget.

Yes, in most cases

The glue works best. I used epoxy putty I had leftover from glueing my rock work together. I just use a small dot for each worm. Gotta catch them quick. They reproduce fast!
I think a butterfly would be better though. There's always some you miss. The butterfly would take care of that.
