If you have troubles again you can try this... Since you are using the Kamoer you do not need the needle valve. Devan from Reef Dudes showed me this mod. Re purpose the needle valve to slow down the recirculating CO2. Did this on my Vertex and it's dead silent now.

I did the same, 2 days with no noises let see how long will last

I have my flow meter hooked up. Here is where the top of the second chamber goes. Flow meter not really needed.

Switch 2 lines on top of the reactor. The circulating line and the effluent line. Your reactor will be silent in a few hours

How long? or is for ever?
