Had ICP test done ( been nearly a year). To my shock, Only levels elevated but not dangerously high were iron and Manganese which were in PPB
Also to note: I mailed this last Tuesday and got results back very quickly (under a week)

Coral chunks/sm rubble as tank will be fish only. No sand for sure as it will simply clog the lower and center intakes of the overflows

Why would sand clog the overflow?

Because I condensed tanks, I had to move some coral over
