Video and glare from sunlight - tips to avoid?

How do you guys fight the glare on the glass when filming reef tanks? Seems to be my biggest struggle (www.youtube.com/dannysreeftank). As the area my tank is in get a lot of sunlight from windows and any light reflects. Covering all windows is extremely difficult.

What do you do if you can't shut out all light? I have multiple tanks in the garage and one always reflects in the other. I tried a polarization filter, but that helps only so much...
