Is it possible to post a small Video on R2R forum and is so what format is needed?

R2R doesn't host videos, but you can post links of videos. Generally, this means uploading the video to YouTube and then linking to it here. You can inject a video (look for the "Media" button in the edit toolbar) rather than just link to it.

I googled “what is the best video format for reef2reef”. First result was this post. I was testing to see if the post was still correct. Initially it looked like the video uploaded.. but it wasn’t playable after I saved the post, so I removed it. :)

Really a bummer. I took some crazy video of my sea cucumber eating.. It’s so cool! Here are a few screen captures from the video.
