Hey not wanting to be overly concerned but don’t want to miss any thing being drawn or my name being in drawings,

I signed up for vip support member and I have noticed that not all benefits like editing post time unlimited are working as well as trouble uploading pics using the app,

I just want to make sure I’m in the drawings I can be in and everything’s good,

I'd ask @AlyciaMarie or @Gumbies R Us to take a look an make sure your account has all the privileges you are entitled to.

Thank you fish fan! And I’m not upset it’s all good, I know there’s probably a lot going on behind the scene right now and everyone busy with the birthday bash! Just don’t wanna miss an awesome prize from the amazing sponsors I honestly see a lot of great people in here and I’m glad to be able to support a group where you can go for good advice.

I do want to take a minute and say I messed up the other day and got short with someone on fb that had fish dying and wouldn’t take good advice but let’s remember we all started out and struggled and it’s not always an easy hobby and remember to offer friendly sometimes patient advice to people starting out in the hobby.

If you don't mind clarifying, I can see that you purchased a VIP Birthday Bash Membership, but I don't currently see a Supporting or Ultimate Supporting Membership linked to your account, which would be the two memberships that would give you access to the giveaway you screenshotted above. The giveaway in the screenshot above is for Reef2Reef supporting members and is separate from the $42,000 giveaway that is exclusive to our Birthday Bash Members, which will take place in October!

As for the giveaway drawing, as soon as you receive an email with your ticket numbers, that means that they have been assigned and placed into the sponsor bucket(s) you chose! I checked on my end, and it looks like that email was sent, so no worries there. You're good to go! If you have an issue locating that email, you can submit a ticket HERE, and I will resend it!

That would be awesome!!! I just know I signed up for the vip birthday bash and was told it was same as support membership, I didn’t want to miss out on any of the goodies with the VIP package and or the little perks like being able to edit my post for unlimited time.

It’s been a great community as I’ve stated many times from help iding coral to help with my nutrients and all kinds of stuff and as I contribute a lot of my success to this group!

I do have my tickets and appreciate any help getting the rest of the perks going!!

Also I was under the impression that joining the birthday bash made you a supporting member?? I can’t find the post where I asked but I’m 99.9% sure I asked and was told and read that joining the birthday bash would make me a supporting member??

No problem! I'll let you know when we have the perks resolved, but we have a suspicion it has something to do with using the app. Our team is on it, and I'll update you when I have one!

I'm not sure, as these are different membership upgrades, and a Supporting Membership is not included in becoming a Birthday Bash Member. However, the perks are very similar. The main difference is that Supporting Members get an exclusive, smaller giveaway each month, while Birthday Bash Members get one massive giveaway in the fall. Birthday Bash Members also get the exclusive R2R swag. Also, anyone can become a Supporting Member at any time, but Birthday Bash (and Partner Membership, which is what it's traditionally called) is only open for joining during a few months of the year. Those are key differences, but as far as account management perks and sponsor discounts, both memberships are very similar!
