It’s been nestled in that rock for about a three weeks or so now. Edit: same rock but moved over a little about a week ago. It’s still a pretty small nem so I’m not sure it looks like a suitable home to the clowns. Or they just don’t care because they kind of run the tank at this point. Well the female clown does. The male just wanders around like a puppy. Lol.
Haha…. Well give it time it will come together… I bet the boss will be the first one in the bta.

Fingers crossed. I’m having some issues with my “unkillable” GSP right now. Polyps have been retracted for about 4 days now. Skin is still purple, but it’s got me a little nervous. All the other corals are doing great. Reef tanks are weird.

Yes reef tanks are weird . It could be as simple as placement or as hard as what parameters are bothering it..

I did have a crab that liked to sit on top of it. Not sure if it was plucking at algae or polyps. If it decides it wants to die I’ll probably just replace it with Zoas. My red people eaters love my tank and are growing like weeds.

Yup that can do it, zoas are awesome and there is so many varieties out there! Glad to hear your people eaters are doing well!

Have you ever put any decorative macro algae like ogo or green finger in your DT?
I have not, I have bunch of tangs so macro algae might not last long… but I am working on my macro algae tank that is plumbed together with the main display..

Nice. I don’t have any tangs so I was thinking about planting some in the DT to help with nutrient export. I tend to feed fairly heavy and don't test often enough and when I do test I get varying results (api). Figured some macro couldn’t hurt as long as I don’t bottom out my nitrates.

That would look awesome, if you do you’ll have to test more often for sure. You definitely don’t wanna bottom out ..
