Most of these frogs are to small for crickets.

Charga, those are the frogs we will be getting. They are cool looking. I wanted the blue morph but my daughter wants the green ones. The women in my house always get what they want.

I think they are basically just terrariums with a water feature. I built it for my daughter that wants to keep poison dart frogs. The boards I have been gathering information from call their frog tanks vivariums. I am new to the terrarium/vivarium thing and was just kinda wondering if anyone else here does too. I wanted to see pics of other vivariums set up by reefers. Should of ben more specific.

And not to be too technical but a vivarium is an enclosure used for housing plants and/or animals. An aquarium is actually a kind of vivarium. A terrarium is a housing that simulates a dry environment. A paludarium simulates a rain forest environment which is what we have as keepers of dart frogs.

awesome, ive always wanted them, but to be having something else as well, 3 salt tanks, a dog.... dont know if i can do much more upkeep...do they take a lot of work?

Great looking vivariums! Saltwaternewb, that frog pic is awesome. I've seen a few of you over at dendroboard. I have a 20gal h viv setup. No frogs yet. Eventually it will have a few thumbnails in it.

Not a lot, kinda like a SW tank. Takes some work to get them established but the upkeep is not that bad. The hardest thing is maintaining a food supply. They eat a lot and you have to culture fruit flies for them unless you can afford to continuously buy them week after week. They are not big enough to eat crickets so it is not as easy as running out to the pet store to buy some food.

So you actually went through and made a viv huh? When I didn't see you on the boards anymore I figured you lost interest or something.

We just picked up a couple of leuc's from the LFS.
Here are some updated picks. I fear I may be to wet but non of my plants have died.

The frogs are cool.
