Just wanted to share this Insanity frag. I got it yesterday from a fellow reef2reef member. I’ll be updating its progression.

You need to blast it. I put mine in 500 par from day 1 and it is has been growing well for months

Not growing at all. All other acro has grown but not this one.

Just another temperamental acro frag. Did you dip it with that garbage bayer?

Could be you are missing some elements/bacteria that were boosted in the mother system. Takes time for them to adjust if they ever do.

Ive tried growing insanity at 550/600 under halides and its okay but I've recently moved it lower to 350 and will report back in 6mos. I think its something else though. Perhaps inquire on what the mother system is dosing. If you got it from who I think, they recently gave a little insight on what they are dosing on gram.

Thanks. I have it at 350 par right now. Will try increasing it. Are you still doing 60% cloud coverage with your lights?

I did dip it but not with bayer. I am currently dosing modified zeovit. My nutrients are never at zero reading.
