Vortech mp10 cant connect

Hi, any ideas what to do to connect my vortech to mobius? It is detectable in mobius and when I try to do update I get notification that it failed. It says radio disconnected what ever that means. Here is also picture of it. Ty

Mine does that sometimes as well.. Then I try a couple of hours later and it works!

Switch your bluetooth on/off, restart your device, restart the MP10.. Sometimes it's like witchcraft! :)
