I have an MP40w that I'd like to sell. Not the ES model.

Currently taking a vinegar bath, if you need a pic (it looks the same as all the others :) ) I'll post it when it's nice and shiny.

Chuck, when was it manufactiured and how long have you been using it?

Can you tell the manufacturing date from the pump itself? I used it for about a year and a half in reefcrest mode. It hasn't been in operation for 6 months, though, waiting for me to decide to keep or sell.

With most of the parts are changeable it's hard to tell when it was built. Best way is taking the cover off the dry side should be a stamp with the mfg date on it. If its not es then it's over 1.5yr old. Hope this helps.

Hrm. I'm not going to take the cover off, that seems like a disaster waiting to happen for me :) Bottom line: It's in great operational order. If you think it's too high of a price, shoot me a pm and we can talk it over. Or just give me a call Andy.
