I have had mine for about a month or 2 and finally hooked them up. They are nice but there is one thing about them that just aggravates me. The dial to increase and decrease the speed. If you are using more than one and want to sinc them together pulsing. Its almost impossible to sinc them the same. Why a turn dial? A simple digital up and down could not of been better? I mean for the amount of money these things cost this is a weak point for the vortechs IMO. What does everyone else think?

Why not just make one master and the other slave. That way you can sync them or anti-sync them.

I have them both on one side of the tank. I wanted them both to pulse at the same time to get a good wave in the tank. I find this impossible.

Pair them and put them in sync mode. That way u only have to adjust the master pump. THE OTHER DOES WHATEVER THE MASTER DOES. It is in the manual. Mine works great.

Yep sinc mode will do this and you just have to dial one of them.

I know the mp40ws communicate wirelessly, but can the mp20s be Wired together?

After checking both boxes, there were no manuals. Thats why I did not read them.
