curious as to if anyone else has had this problem, my pH holds solid at 8.1 regardless of the month.

Anyone close enough to South Burlington to see if Step Ahead Innovations (Mindstream) is still in operation? They haven’t been responding to customer contact, there’s speculation they have shut down.

There has been recent post activity from them on their Facebook page but I guess that doesn’t constitute them being an operational facility but I guess we shall find out this afternoon.

Their website says the close at 6pm so I went there at 5 today and there’s fedex missed delivery slips on their door from 11/27 so idk what’s going on with them. However there was a sticky note on the inside of the door with a contact # so you can all try that # in the meantime.

Any chance you can edit - and then delete it? I've not tried that so not sure if edit will show it.
