Is there any difference in success rates between keeping a wall or branching Euphyllias?

walls are significantly harder from what I've read since you cant cut off any unhealthy heads. I think in general, they are harder to keep. I don't have any personal experience with walls, so I will let someone else chime in

Walls definitely harder to keep. I have found them to be quite delicate compared to branching.

I have both hammers. My walls are huge, far outpacing the branching ones in growth.
