Walling frogspawn randomly dying off?

I’ve had this walling frog for atleast 4 months. 2 days ago I randomly noticed one of the ends of the wall wasn’t extending like the rest of the coral. Then today, I noticed a bit of brown goop (assuming just dead polyps) and I used a turkey baster to suck it up, revealing skeleton :(

It’s in a garden with my other frog and hammer. Everyone else in the tank is happy including the rest of this coral, any ideas on what could be happening and if I can prevent the rest from dying?

I'd say brown jelly , seems common on walling hammers so might be the same for frogspawns
Hope you figure it out as it's a nice spawn .

Is it possible some salt creep broke off your lid or something and fell down and hit it?

Definitely sounds like bjd. I had a branching frog that died this way after damage from a fall. I also just had a torch die today. It is alarming how fast euphyllias can die this way. Both times I've encountered it the infected heads stop opening in the morning and are nearly dead with brown coating by end of the day

Dip it in a double dose of brightwell aquatics dip for 15 minutes, I had a similar problem and it worked for me
