At the suggestion of Surfn, I’m going to start a thread for people to submit wallpaper files that we can share with other members and visitors to Club-Zoa.com.

The files should be 1152 pixels by 864 pixels and contain Club-Zoa.com somewhere in the image.

We will select the top ten and heap accolade upon accolade on the people that submitted them. Then hopefully Rev will start a section in the gallery to place them.

I’ll start us off with a couple.

Sweet! I'll get something set up!

Your right Jeremy. :D

I will add the new ones and we can do a link over here to them.

Oh also maybe if you guys could hold out, I could do a logo that you could add to the files you upload to all be uniform?? Sound good?

Makes Sense to me Rev.

By golly Jeremy, I didn't see that link over there. I did find it when I went looking for it though.

Thanks.

How do you insert the logo or a sig into the pics? Thanks.

BTW, I use Photoshop Elements 2.0 to crop and resize all my pix. Don't know if it has a function to insert a sig.

hmmm - I run my monitors at 1280x1024

maybe I'm weird like that then -1024x768 is more of a standard resolution (now I know my Nikon's shot resized end up at 1024x681)

unless you're talking widescreen monitors....

1152 x 864 is the same aspect ratio as 1024 x 768, it's just about 11% larger. I think most monitors have a 4:3 Aspect Ratio, but it appears that you are running at 5:4. Guess I will have to rethink the size requirements or do seperate folders for the two different aspect ratios.

i dont mind going up to 1280x1024

i have no clue what "most" people run their monitors at. i run my home monitor (not a flat screen...old school monitor) at 1152 x 864.

if we go any higher than 1280x1024 then there are going to be storage issues as the file sizes are getting larger.

right - and places like photobucket only allow 1024x768....

*shrug* I don't mind resizing my photos to whatever since my originals are like 3000x2000

I think I have a few pics that could be used for wallpaper, but I don't have any photo program to put the club-zoa on the pic. If someone wants to help out with that I think I have some Florida ricordea pics that will be pleasing to the eye....

Send me a pm if You want and ill add one like the one i made in the wallpaper section.
