Warning avoid saltwaterfish.com, my order arrived yesterday with several dead fish. I purchased 5 fish total and each fish arrived in a small bag with less then 3 inches of water in each bag Each bag was laying horizontal as a result the fish where sandwiched between the plastic with no room to swim. Three of the five fish where dead. The dead fish included a foxface, neon gobby and a warpaint green gobby. I spent two hour acclimating the remaining fish and saved the two I then went online and began the guarantee process. I was able to upload the photos of the foxface quickly but did not get the neon gobby or warpaint gobby uploaded in the 5 hour window. I think I missed the window by several minutes. No ware on their web page does it say you must upload photos within 5 hours until you start the upload process. As a result saltwaterfish.com will not refund my money and will only offer store credit on a future fish purchase which I wont use because they have no idea how to safely ship fish. They will not allow me to buy anything else with the credit.

I did notify them within the 5 hour period but didn't post my last 2 photos until about 10 minutes to late. I was trying to safe the remaining fish in the order. Check out the photo, I don't think shipping a fish in 1 inch of water is proper. They were trying to save on shipping cost. They shipped 5 fish and the total shipping weight was less 5 pounds. 1 gal of slat water is 8.6 pounds alone. Look at the photo now imagine that bag laying on its side. The fox face in that photo was stuck to the plastic and dried out.
