I was trying to order an ICP test from Top Shelf Aquatics yesterday and they kept adding an "order protection" fee to cart. I did not select it. I did not want it. It was just added at the last second. No matter how many times I went back into my cart and deleted it, the fee kept being added at checkout. I'm sorry - I'm not paying you an extra fee to do your job correctly. I ended up ordering the test from another vendor. I would happily purchase from them in the future if they stop adding BS fees. I think they make great YouTube content and I know a lot of people have had good experiences with them.
In general regarding any vendor - please do not support vendors who have BS fees and/or onerous terms of service.
