Water Change Cart Ideas

I want to build a cart to wheel around to make water changes more convenient. Currently I'm looking at the following:
3x 10 gallon bins (2 for mixing water, 1 for draining into)
Towel holder
Spot for a plastic shoe box to hold wet stuff or fish if needed (maybe two)
Plumb all three bins into a manifold with pump to push water out
Powerheads to mix salt in bins
Shelves

Does anyone have any ideas on things that would be nice to have?

That is gonna be some weight if all 3 bins are filled. Are you going to have a pump to take water out of the tank?
