I setup a 250l tank earlier this year and I could do with some help sorting out a maintenance schedule, as well as figuring what I should be dosing.
The fish from my old setup were moved over at the end of April. Since then I've been adding additional corals and fish.
This is my stock so far.

Corals -
I've been monitoring my nitrates and phosphates and they've stayed low, so I've not done a water change for over a month.
I had a ICP done to confirm my readings.
The ICP shows that I'm low on a few elements. Iodine, Manganese and Iron.
For corals, I have quite a low load.
Should I be doing regular water changes to get these numbers up?
If so, how often and how many litres?
Or should I start dosing these elements instead?
