So I will be building a new water change system to go from my basement to the first floor, about 6-8 feet vertically then 15-20 feet horizontally. I made a picture to kinda show my thoughts, but would love some feed back. I was hoping to only do this with a single pump to push both fresh ato water to my 10 gallon ato and fresh saltwater to the tank so I don't have to lug anything up stairs. (I'm young but lazy) .
Pump would be the Sicce ADV 10.0, everything would be 45s instead of 90s, to try and not lose a ton of head pressure.
Was thinking about using pex for all the tubing? Will certainly be using it to run to first floor since it's easier to maneuver around floor joists and yada yada.
My biggest hurdle that I seem to not be able to figure out is how to purge the line after doing a water change to get rid of any lingering saltwater water without just running the rodi after so it would just be fresh water in the lines after a w/c.
But either way would love thoughts and critiques.
