Water Clarity?

Seachems Purigen, Hypersorb.

UVC (setup and run with correct flow).

filter feeders- Sponges, feather dusters, Clams, etc.

activated carbon.

water changes (for those that do it regular enough)

But since you added bacteria you may want to hold off on the UV if the instructions direct as such. Bacterial bloom is what you have. Just wait it out and make sure you're water is aerated.

My filter system is a simple Hagen AquaClear HOB power head. The power head has a quick filter attachment with a cartridge. I put activated carbon in the mesh bag covered cartridge. I cover the mesh bag and cartridge with a piece of 50 micron polishing cloth. Keeps my water crystal clear. Simple but messy to change once a week.

Id let it do what it do...run thru floss. If you don't want to wait...chemiclear works well. I use Filter floss and refugium, I try to keep things as natural as possible.
