Would anyone know how to fix this? I purchased this filer a year ago and have just now opened it to use and discovered it broken.

Can you unscrew the piece that is still stuck in the unit? looks like a 90 degree elbow with threads on one end.

you can buy single replacements canister lids on amazon.....just make sure to get the correct tubing size or tubing connector size you need. Home depot has lot of the john guest connectors as well not sure about the canister lids

Those RO push connect pieces for RODI units are usually a separate piece of hardware. This is the replacement part for the RODI units from BRS. You can see if you can unscrew that piece by turning one of the non-broken connectors counterclockwise to see if you can get it out. If so, then you may be able to use needle nose pliers to unscrew the broken connector:

This is indeed a 1/4” MNPT to 1/4 push connect elbow adapter!

The broken threaded body can be removed from the filter housing with a screw extractor, available at your local auto parts or hardware store!
