I was giving a ten gallon with a king 160 power head when I added my coral it was way to much flow any where I put it, I bought a marineland 400 and have it set up to 110 gph. Is this a good flow for my ten gallon ?

Yea, thats enough. But the 160 should have been fine also.

Nope, figuring most would go over 20x the total water volume with flow on their tanks.
