I turned off a heater too late and burned a hole in one of my 44 gallon Brute trashcans.

Before I replace it I figure I ought to consider alternatives. I'm wondering if there are any tall but narrow water vessels I can use to make and store water. Preferably 100 gallons or more.

Container needs to be tall and narrow to fit into the only closet I have for making water. Doorframe is 23" wide, but once it's inside it has 32" of width.

Any suggestions?

Ask any acrylic manufacturers in your area to custom build one. Melev's Reef is in my area and did a long skinny one for me. Otherwise check out http://www.plastic-mart.com/ to see if any of those will fit your needs. You can search size and shapes to see what it commercially available and then buy through them or try to find another source
