Waterbox 25 peninsula Power head placement

I am setting up a waterbox 25 peninsula and was just wondering where most people place the power head? I've seen some middle of tank; magnet in middle chamber and some with it right under the return nozzle. Also was wondering what media goes in what chamber. Thanks

I'd put the powerhead right in the center of the black wall, in the upper half of the tank. Of course, you could move it side to side as needed depending on your rockscape
