Waterbox Marine EX 60.2 Purchase???

Hi all, I finally decided on my new tank and it is a Waterbox Marine EX 60.2. I bought it from the Waterbox website on July 4th weekend on the 10% off sale. I now look on the WB website and I no longer see it available for sale. Did they discontinue the EX model. Did I make a mistake choosing it over the X model. Should I contact them and see if I can still change it to an X or stay with the EX. I don't see many threads of people on R2R who have the EX. I like the EX for the upgraded sump design and the extra display room that the external overflow box allows. This will be my 3rd tank and plan to do my first tank build thread once it gets here.

Congrats on the new tank! The EX sounds like a great choice based on what you were looking for, especially with the external overflow and added display space. Hopefully someone with more insight into Waterbox’s current lineup can confirm whether it has actually been discontinued, but I wouldn’t assume you made the wrong choice just because it’s no longer listed. Maybe give Waterbox a call and see what they say. Looking forward to seeing the build thread once the new tank arrives!
