I just finished cycling my tank. Now I’m preparing for corals. I just wanted to show off what I’ve done so far.

Peninsula mini 25 aio aquarium with added filtration, mechanical and biological.
Custom stand and canopy with removable side
Kessil A80 tuna blue led mounted in canopy
Koralia 240 gph circulation pump

The tank was in stock when I ordered mine, it took about 2 weeks, maybe less. I built the stand and canopy myself.

I started adding coral to the tank now. I do a 5 gallon water change weekly and all my parameters are stable. Went trough a quick diatom bloom, but I changed my RODI filters and that stopped. Everything is running smoothly.

Thank you so much your reply.
I checked my order status last week. They said the tank is ready but I ordered plus AI prime LED Option, that one is out of stock so I need to wait for that.

Look awesome and perfect your tank.
Beautiful!!
Thanks for sharing your pictures too.

Update

I over exposed my Sunkist bounce, it started to shrink up so I moved it to a shaded area to recover, I hope it pulls trough. I have another mushroom that I now assume likes light and I was using it as a test to see if my light was strong, but that was a bad idea, the bounce really doesn’t like light and it took a dive when I was at work one day. I added some new corals and a six line wrasse.

Beautiful tank with very slick design. I like the corals and want to see them grow :)

How long did you cycle your tank? Did you use some chemistry to speed up the cycling?

I used beneficial bacteria along with live sand, and two clownfish to cycle the tank. My salinity was at 1.023, I heard this helps reduce stress on fish, and helps the bacteria to multiply faster. I tested almost every day for the first two weeks, now I test randomly, and let the tank run like that for over a month. I never got an ammonia spike, the tank seemed to cycle pretty fast. After I added light I had a diatom outbreak, but that lasted about a week.

Loving this tank :)

I added some Dragons breath macro algae to the aquarium. I think it’s finally time to focus on getting some acropora for the top.
