Hi folks, what is the BEST recommended Wave Flow at Night for a mix Nano or IF you have a suggested 24 hour pattern for Flow?
(Constant Wave, Pulse Wave, Gyre Wave, Nutrient Transport, Tidal Wave or Random Wave)

"BEST" is going to be open to wide interpretation, bit I run a random 20/10 (%) 8min» 2min« flow pattern starting at 22:00 and then switch to a constant 20/10 (%) 10min» 5min« flow from 00:00 to 06:00 (» being forward and « being reverse). During the day I alternate between random and step patterns, ramping up from 20/10, 30/20 and 40/20 and then down to 30/20, 20/10.

Thx for the reply, which pump are you using...I am using a pump from Amazon...but the flows/names I assume are the same as the more expensive brands...

I'm running a pair of Red Sea ReefWave45s.
Awesome...
My pumps don't slow down. Sine wave flow 24/7.
Yeah, that is confusing to me since apparently some wave pump manufacturers have a night recommendation...not too sure where O read that at to be honest with you....I left mine at Constant Flow from Midnight until 9am...then into Nurtient Transport, Gyre then Pulse...Constant during feeding times, which is once a day
