Wavemaker placement concerns

Hi guys, I need assistance with my wavemaker placement due to a growing population of Cyanbacteria and brown diatom outbreak. Pics of tank attached, thanks in advance!

I don't believe flow is your issue, I'd look to water chemistry.

That being said, I'd probably move the wavemaker on the left side of the tank up, just low enough below the waterline so it doesn't suck air, because right now your rocks and overflow bow are significantly obstructing the flow generated by that pump.
