I just want to say that your the man! Stepping into a fight against 4 adults to help a kid. You should be given many thank yous protecting your neighborhood like that. What if the boy had died from those same knife wounds? I wish you a fast recovery!

I posted on arc as well but you are a true hero and it takes a strong person to put yourself into harms way to help someone else. Very few would step in to help.

The boy did not get cut. I got involved before he got hit. The doctor said.the cut on my chin looks like it was going for my neck. The kid I helped pulled 2 of the guys off me and so I could get up. That is when that cut happened. If I was not able to get up I would most Lilly be dead. My wife is taking some time off work. We are both an emotional train wreck. I do not want to sound like a baby but I have cried for the last 3 hours. I am unsure how to deal with all the emotions. I keep reliving the cuts everytime I close my eyes. I have got about 5 hours of sleep in 2 days. We are putting a list together of things in our reef Nd we are going to be tearing it down to cover bills, rent, doctors and things we need while my wife is taking some time off.. I will hope to have a list up in a few days. I hate to do it but it is the last on the priority list at the moment. Thank you again for all your support

I just happened to come across this on the feed, I'm very sorry to here this , I wish you a quick and speedy recovery both physically and emotionally. If there is anything that you guys need , have no idea where you are located but I wish you the best.

You and your family are in our prayers!!! what the heck is this world coming too?? Those guys were cowards for pulling out a weapon. You were the real man. JUSTICE WILL BE SERVED. They should question that 17 year old and get some sketching done, fingerprint dusting, etc..etc.... (if they haven't already).
