Please share a memory or post something in remembrance of 9/11.

Thanks to all who helped clean up after everything happened and my condolences to all who lost loved ones in this terrible tragedy that our country suffered. WE WILL NEVER FORGET!

I just want to say that on this day, we should all take a little break from our favorite hobby and spend some time honoring, remembering, and thanking those that gave their lives and fought for our freedom. It is a day that none of us will ever forget, and I know for a fact that the memory of being woken up on my couch after 8 am by my roommates in college at the time saying that the Twin Towers have been hit and a ton of lives have been lost, while in a groggy and extremely shocked state, will never leave my mind.

Thank you Rev for taking the time out as well to remember, and my heart goes out to those that have lost a loved one because of this horrible tragedy and the war that ensued. Let's all be thankful for the little things we have and for the big things that we may sometimes take for granted; from our family and friends, to the clothes on our back, to our hobby that we love, to the air we breathe. Take care everyone...

What sticks with me, in all the divisions that plague us in our daily lives, of republican or democrat, theist or atheist, christian or hindi, black or white, rich or poor, is that universially, we look at those who perished on that day as Americans. We identify with their loss, and the loss suffered by all their families as the simplest denominator that actually matters-as Americans. Americans bled that day, and Americans bleed today, but we do so as Americans, shared in our joys and sorrows.

We will never forget the men and women who gave the ultimate sacrifice.

To all of those who fell and gave their all on that day, we remember you now and always. May freedom endure!

I will never forget the day the world stood still! What horror these people saw and felt is beyond all comprehension. May God raise up and give even more courage and strength to those who survived and who are today fighting for our honor and the honor of those lost in the Trade Center tragedy! And may God bless this country I love!

I hav this picture hanging in my fish room!

As a fireman, this is a special day of remembrance for firemen all over the country. The loss of 343 firemen on a single day was catastrophic. As a member of a fire department with a total of 69 members, losing 343 is unthinkable...

All americans should take a moment today to reflect upon the sacrafice and commitment firemen make...

It's always an extra somber time of year here on Long Island and NYC on the anniversary of 9/11. I just want to say Thank You to all of the BRAVE people who lost their lives on that day trying to rescue the people in the towers, it took the kind of courage I couldn't imagine to do what they did and for the all the innocent lives that were lost in DC, Pa, and NYC on that day. We Will Never Forget!!

‎9/11 - what a terrible day of the history of the USA. Thousands lost, 343 Firefighters took their last alarm on that fateful morning. Today would be a great day to "hug your firefighter" or check out your local fire station. They are there for you, so today, you should be there for them.

To all the heroes on that day.. seen and unseen!

In addition to what everyone has said I also wanted to thank the men and women who put their lives on the line to fight for our freedom. This country would not exist without your effort and thoughtless dedication.
HOOAH!
